CBRM Studing Outdoor Smoking Ban

Cape Breton Regional Municipality is trying to ban people from smoking in front of the doorways of any public place, trailer parks,baseball fields etc. They don't want people who don't smoke to get second hand smoke but they have to consider the people who are already addicted to smoking. They have to get down to the point of who put the cigarettes out on the market to get people addicted. I think it is fair to say that people can smoke as long as they are far enough away that other people don't get second hand smoke. The truth is that they should use the tax payers money to clean up the drugs.
